How do I know that my Order has been confirmed?
Once you have completed the payments process and an authorization has been received you will be navigated to a Thank You page on our website where you will be able to see your order confirmation details. You would also receive an E-mail confirmation for your order on your registered email id.
What are the Shipping charges?
Shipping is free for all orders in India.
What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit cards, Net Banking and Mobile Wallet options at checkout.

All credit card and debit card payments on HouseofEkam are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, currently we don’t offer International Shipping but don’t hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to do our best.
After I place my order, when does my purchase get shipped?
Orders are shipped in 24 hours through registered domestic courier companies to all pin codes where courier service is supported by our logistics partners. Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
How long before I receive my purchase?
All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Delhi, India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7 business days from receipt of payment. The shipping time for customised orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. You can always contact us at email@example.com for any issue with delivery.
How can I check where is my shipment?
We are still syncing our server with our logistic partner and you’ll soon be able to see the status of your shipment on our order status page. Till then we will provide a tracking number for your order and it can be tracked on any courier tracking website. You can also write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for status.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We allow exchange of products only if there is a manufacturing defect or a damage in transit. All our products are handmade with utmost care and love. All product dimensions and materials are mentioned on each product. We do not entertain exchanges for size related issues.
To exchange: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected product, HOE will take care of the shipping. HOE reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing exchanges.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
When will the refund from a cancellation reflect in my account?
As a policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the HOE products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before the order status is ‘shipped’. To cancel you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order number.
