Refund, Returns,Exchange and Cancellations Policy
Refund/Returns: As a policy we do not provide refund or accept returns on any product sold. Once the HOE products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement. You can read our exchange policy below.
Exchange: We only allow exchange of products only if there is a manufacturing defect or a damage in transit. All our products are handmade with utmost care and love. All product dimensions and materials are mentioned on each product. We do not entertain exchanges for size related issues.
To exchange: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected product, HOE will take care of the shipping. HOE reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing exchanges.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
Cancellation: You can cancel your order any time before the order status is ‘shipped’. To cancel you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order number.
